1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dddjl.org, creating a player account, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the platform from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by dddjl, including but not limited to: live casino table games, online slot games, bingo, crash games, wheel games, and any sports betting or special event betting products made available on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on dddjl, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• Be a natural person legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by dddjl or any regulatory authority;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of dddjl or any associated service provider.

dddjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Players who cannot satisfactorily verify their identity, age, or location may have their accounts suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one (1) account only on dddjl. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, valid email address, date of birth, and Philippine contact number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. dddjl will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify dddjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): dddjl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). dddjl reserves the right to request additional documentation where circumstances require.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: dddjl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by the registered account holder to a payment method in the account holder's own name. dddjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): 1–24 hours on business days;
• USDT TRC20: processed within 1–4 hours subject to network conditions.

dddjl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts on dddjl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings under Philippine law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers made available by dddjl — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• dddjl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or using multiple accounts — will have their bonus entitlements forfeited and their accounts reviewed;
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

Specific terms applicable to individual promotions are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on dddjl — including live dealer table games, online slots, bingo, crash games, and wheel games — operate in accordance with the individual game rules published on the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, dddjl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dddjl and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player games;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargebacks, disputed transactions, or other payment fraud;
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial transactions.

Game Outcomes: Live casino table game outcomes are determined by physical processes (card shuffling, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) conducted by human dealers in a live studio environment. Online slot, crash, and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. dddjl does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

dddjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings section. Limits take effect immediately once set.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified time period has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a specified period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted through Account Settings take effect within 24 hours.

All content on dddjl.org — including but not limited to the dddjl brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the property of dddjl or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dddjl content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dddjl shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond dddjl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures;
• Errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party game suppliers;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dddjl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Privacy

dddjl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on dddjl, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Amendments to These Terms

dddjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
